Zoe-perry
Perry is a Chicago native who was she was born into Laurie Metcalf and Jeff Perry. In the ABC sitcom Roseanne (as seen by flashback) Her mother portrayed Jackie Harris in two of Perry's initial TV roles. In fear of stress, her parents did not want to see the actress pursue acting until she reached the age of 18. Perry shy and shy to be a part of the theater in her school, began performing in theater classes at Northwestern University because she wanted to make new acquaintances. Perry started her acting career with New York after graduation, getting small role in Law & Order: Criminal Intent. But homesickness made Perry come back to California to work as a stage actress. Perry's mother and I appeared on Broadway with her for the play The Other Place, in 2013. She performed with her father Kevin McKidd and Eugene O'Neill's Pulitzer Prize winning drama Anna Christie in the year 2015 on the Odyssey Theatre Ensemble, West Los Angeles. In the year 2016, Perry appeared on nine episodes of ABC's thriller The Family. She had a regular role in the ABC drama about politics Scandal which starred her father. In the same year, her character was cast a younger model of Mary Cooper (Sheldon Cooper's mother) on Young Sheldon, a spin-off of the CBS sitcom The Big Bang Theory again as a teen version of her mother's character. Despite having a family connection to the character, she was offered the role through an audition.
