Lita Ford and Francia Raisa

Lita Rossana Ford is a British-born American singer, guitarist and writer. In the latter part of the 70s, she was the lead guitar for the hard-rocking all-girl band The Runaways. The band was never able to the group to be a major hit in America but they gained a lot of attention in other countries particularly Japan. The band broke up in 1979 Ford embarked upon a successful solo career in heavy metal. After receiving voice classes, Ford launched her debut solo album "Out for Blood" which was followed by "Dancin on the Edge". Ford disappeared from rock for some time after the albums did not become popular. The smash-hit album "Lita" was made available by Ford in the year 1988. Both the track "Kiss me Deadly" and ballad "Close My Eyes forever" were huge hits. Unfortunately, the success of her career was not long-lasting and for several years, she was absent. Her re-emergence was with the albums "Black" from 1995, and "Wicked Wonderland", almost 15 years following. in 2016, the most recent album, 'Time Capsule, was released. Guitar Player Magazine awarded her the Certified Guitar Legend Award.
